Cancellation Policy

If cancelled on same day, 50% of full amount given not including the $50 nonrefundable fee is refunded. In the event the client(s) chooses to reschedule, UJump CLT must be notified 3 days before event. The client maintains the right to cancel at anytime; however, the client will forfeit the retainer fee. No refunds will be given. Inflatable will not be set up if raining, threat of severe rain or winds are 15 MPH or higher. No refunds, discounts or change of dates once inflatable is setup.
